Strengths Lab
Our Strengths Lab is designed for individuals who may not be ready for or able to invest in 1:1 coaching.
By the age of 10, neurodivergent children receive 20,000 more negative messages than their neurotypical peers. Imagine how that number grows into adulthood. It’s no surprise that many clients come to us believing their neurodivergence is a burden rather than a strength.
Strengths Lab is a group-based sessions focus on improving self-concept through a strengths-based framework, all while connecting with peers who share similar experiences.
Being in a supportive environment helps you uncover hidden assets and begin to heal from decades of unintentional hurt caused by educators, managers, and loved ones who didn’t fully understand your brain. Through this work, your neurodivergence transforms from something to overcome into something to celebrate.
How We Work
Each Strengths Lab session is designed to help you better understand yourself and begin implementing neuro-affirming practices to achieve your goal.
Each session runs for six weeks and costs $400. All participants begin with a free consultation to discuss their needs, goals, and how our approach works.
✦
Comprehensive Assessment
Begin with a $500 battery of assessments to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and skills, as well as areas in your life or career you’d like to improve.
✦
Assessment Review
Work with one of our coaches to consolidate these insights and set short- and long-term goals. The $500 fee is applied to future coaching services if you choose to continue.
✦
Group Coaching Sessions
Participate in weekly sessions with other professionals to share experiences, develop strategies, and build a supportive network.
✦
One 1:1 Coaching Session
Each Strengths Lab includes one hour of personalized coaching on a topic of your choice.
What sets the Strengths Lab apart is our unwavering focus on building upon what’s already working instead of trying to “fix” perceived weaknesses. Research shows that a strengths-based approach is far more effective in creating lasting, meaningful change.
She targeted my strengths and weaknesses, and rather than focus on improving my weaknesses, she directed me to focus on my strengths.
