About Us

Why We’re Here

Prism Path was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges neurodivergent adults face in a world that isn’t often built with their needs in mind. Many of our clients come to us feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or stifled by traditional workplace structures. At Prism Path, we aim to change that narrative. We believe that neurodivergent individuals hold invaluable skills and insights that, when nurtured in the right way, lead to meaningful contributions both personally and professionally.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build a world where neurodivergent individuals no longer face barriers to success, inclusion, or self-worth—until the day we are no longer needed, because every neurodivergent person has the support, resources, and environment to achieve their fullest potential.

Our Story

Prism Path was founded by a neurodivergent professional with a background in education, tech, and counseling, who has experienced firsthand the complexities and opportunities neurodivergent adults encounter. This journey sparked a commitment to build a strengths-based, evidence-driven approach that other professionals could also use to coach and support neurodivergent individuals effectively.

Jodie redirected me when I needed it and provided guardrails to ensure I was on the right track. She guided me to where I wanted to go–in my own way–and I formed my own style.
